Yeah I would have well had 20 bags of dog food and 40 packs of pampers even though we have no use for either, just cos its free...... Did feel sorry for that family from Sweden though who saw all the scavengers on TV going through their crate of stuff that was in transit to South Africa

There were very few bikes washed up, along with damp nappies, dog food, pesticides, no brand trainers, plastic car parts, those barrels were empty. Quite a few houses in the nearest village have been robbed, cars damaged, rubbish everywhere. The beach has now been fenced off glastonbury style, all thats left is the mess caused by people. Along will all the oil which is being washed up, from the boat which is now leaking, its expected to take a year to empty the boat and clear up the mess, which is going to hit the local tourist industry hard.

i bet the scavvy fuckers wont be going down there to help clean up the beach or even wash a seabird of its coating of oil will they. they'll be selling their ill gotten gains in the pub and on ebay.
it could be beach combing, it could be salvage but on the whole its theft. how are the people who robbed the BMW bikes going to get them insured with no documents. what are some of those saps going to do with the wine barrels ? people think "if its free take it" even if its no use to them...
badly handled by all i think...

I can answer the question about the bikes pig, they won't need to get them insured once they have stripped them down for parts that are actually worth more than the intact bike. Its unlikely the bikes would be functional for very long if they have been anywhere near salt water, even the air is salty so there is high potential for short circuits so they will just sell the pieces instead. Can't be traced that way either

Can't be traced that way either but they are registered anyway and the proprietor can claim restitution or if the parts are sold, he has to pay damages...

Come out and play, silent ones! There's nearly 20 of you that have registered, but remained silent. I see some of your names logged in quite regularly, so if it's worth reading, say summat!

Hi. My name is He-Man. I fight a never ending battle against a skull-faced twat by the name of Skeletor.

Hi, my name is Skeletor. He-Man is so obviously gay. I caught him peeking in my windows while I was in full skeleton.

hey Lurch... you must be as old as me... I am sure, that the kids donĀ“t know skeletor or he-man...
though I was never allowed to have one... :-( Did you have "Big Jim" in the USA (I think it was by Mattel)?
