Can any of you help a poor second language guy out?
What's correct here?
Grass root people Grassroot people Grassroots people
I work with an Aussie, and he said it's grassroots people, but it just doesn't soundright to me. Anyone?

i'm having a hard enough time trying to wrap my head around the context. grassroots people however, isn't coming up as a spell check though, so i'd go with that.
I'M HELPING!

Thanks As for context, just imagine I'm doing something very important. (I'm not though).
